Nikhil was a friendly and helpful member of our team who was a delight to work with. His development skills were second to none and he was instrumental in the delivery of many business critical features on our Researcher Portal. He had a willingness to share and impart knowledge with team members, customers and other ITS colleagues. Nikhil took great pride in his work and always ensured his code and documentation were of a high standard. He regularly participated in our Developer Chapter meetings to identify issues and drive improvement. He also identified issues and areas for improvement within our team. A perfect example of this was when he created a number of re-usable components which led to efficiency and improved productivity. It was been an absolute pleasure to work with Nikhil and I wish him all the best in the future.

If you want to meet a techie with fire in his belly, Nikhil is the person. I was introduced to an application on Angular JS built by Nikhil and his team and he patiently explained the minute details. Further, he greatly assisted in validating an Angular JS migration methodology. He is always clued into the latest in technology and is greatly infectious as a person. He also is a sharp observer of people and gives excellent insight into people, organizations and processes that are very mature for his level of experience. I worked with him at a major banking client and he was the single point of contact for solving many tricky UI problems. Also Nikhil is always active designing this or the other component for open source and dreaming big. Nikhil is also a person who does not watch the clock and is ready to give it all when called upon (like I was at beginning in my career). I would always treasure the time with this genius (and he has been recognized multiple times by the organization as a star).
